Alan Osborn
Chairman 

Over 30 years ago, Alan started TWO Services with a phone, an orange box to put it on, and a growing list of cleaning contracts. He’s always been the figurehead of this family business and there isn’t much he doesn’t know about it. Alan gives a lot of time to charity and combines this with his passion for cars. He set up the Charity Classic Car Club to raise money for national and local charities. And, to date, it’s raised more than £220,000 for local charities alone

Barry Osborn 
Managing Director

After a short stint working in the motoring industry, Barry joined the business in 1989. He headed up a cleaning team for around 10 years and progressively worked his way up through management to his current role. Being part of a family business is a big positive for Barry and he’s really proud of the people he works with. When he’s not in the office, Barry enjoys spending time with his family and watching his team, West Ham. He also enjoys fishing and cooking.

Jon Osborn 
Finance Director

With a genuine love of numbers and watching the business grow, Jon is a natural fit for the role of FD. He joined the family business nearly 30 years ago, but it’s been a part of his life way before that. Jon used to help his dad (Alan) with invoices at home on his Amstrad computer and would sometimes roll his sleeves up to help clean when they needed help. When he’s not balancing the books, he’s been known to play golf and he’s not bad at badminton either.

Oliver Smith 
Business Development Manager

With 8 years of experience in catering and hospitality management, Oliver has worked closely with many of the top hospitality companies and professionals across the industry. He loves the people he meets along the way and believes they make the industry what it is. He looks after our existing customers and identifies any new business opportunities. And when he’s not doing that, he likes to spend his time on the golf course.

George Baffoe
Operations Director

George is our longest serving member of staff, starting as a cleaner 32 years ago. As our Operations Director, he oversees our kitchen and duct cleaning contracts, making sure work is carried to our high standards. He’s loved being able to see the company grow to what it is now and says he’s always motivated to achieve more. When he’s not at work, George relaxes by doing DIY and also champions charitable projects in Ghana.

Carl Twaites 
Engineer & Field Service Manager

Carl joined TWO as an engineer 14 years ago, before being promoted to Field Service Manager. He spends the majority of his time out on the road, meeting clients, and that’s how he likes it. He looks after our team of engineers and works with them to give the clients the support they need, solving those tricky technical problems along the way. In his spare time, Carl enjoys fishing and doing DIY.

Ann Haydock 
Contracts Manager

Ann’s been part of the TWO Services family for more than 12 years. Despite moving further away, Ann battles the traffic each day because she loves the people. As Contracts Manager, Ann’s responsible for equipment sales across all of our industries and going out to visit clients is one of the best bits of her job. At home, Ann and her family spend time at the local rugby club, and the dog and a giant pet rabbit keep her busy. It’s a long story!

Ken Clark CFIOSH CSHP
Health & Safety Consultant

As an independent health & safety consultant, Ken provides a single point of contact for health & safety, quality and environmental issues. Health & safety has been a significant part of his work since 1973, and Ken continues to help businesses comply with the law and avoid accidents. Ken was BT’s Chief Safety Officer for ten years and has regularly addressed high-profile safety seminars and conferences. When he’s not keeping us all safe, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his two grandchildren.
