A passion for cleaning, cars and charity

Chairman of TWO Services, Alan Osborn, not only has a commitment to charitable work, but also to the business he founded more than 30 years ago. It’s this commitment which has seen him be nominated for a Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s Family Business Awards.

Alan started TWO Services with a phone, an orange box to put it on, and a growing list of cleaning contracts. He worked extremely hard in the early years to get the business off the ground, working 7 days a week, 365 days a year. And although he’s now officially retired, the business is still hugely important to him, as are the people who work there.

Whether you’re a cleaner or sit within the management team, he treats everyone the same and always has done. He’s flexible and approachable, which is why we have  such loyal employees.

He gives a lot of time to charity and combines this with his passion for cars. He set up the Charity Classic Car Club to raise money for national and local charities. And, to date, it’s raised more than £220,000 for local charities alone.
