A family business since 1986

Our story began over 35 years ago when our Chairman, Alan Osborn started up the business from small beginnings and built up a growing list of clients who wanted high quality cleaning services.

We’re still very much a family business. Our Managing Director, Barry Osborn, and our Finance Director Jon Osborn have been with the firm since the late 1980s. After they took over the day-to-day running of TWO Services, they soon doubled our turnover and have continued to grow the business ever since, diversifying into new sectors and attracting many major clients. Today we are one of the UK’s leading kitchen cleaning and maintenance companies. We now have a team of some 100 people, many of whom have been with us for many years – Operations Director George Baffoe began as a cleaner 35 years ago, while Operations Manager Sammy Donker has been part of the team for over 25 years.

We look after clients across the UK from our HQ in Essex, as well as from our operational centres in London and Leeds. We’ve also been lucky enough to win ‘Best Commercial Kitchen Cleaning & Maintenance Company, UK & Ireland’ at the Build Magazine FM Awards, three years running. We hope we’ll be able to work with you and provide you with a first-class service that’s great value for money.
