Planned Maintenance

With regular servicing, not only does your kitchen equipment have a longer lifespan, but you reduce the risk of appliance failure, large-scale repairs and emergency callouts.

Every TWO Services maintenance visit includes inspecting for wear and tear, making necessary machine adjustments, lubricating moving parts and replacing worn components. We also check gas ranges and ensure carbon monoxide levels are safe. In addition, we can also check your refrigeration and freezer equipment for problems such as blocked condensers, faulty door seals and other problems.

With our Planned Maintenance service, you’ll be looked after by your own, dedicated account manager. Every engineer we send is qualified and accredited to the highest standards. You can also choose from three levels of service:

  • Standard 6 or 12 month inspections
  • A ‘labour comprehensive’ contract, covering labour costs for reactive callouts
  • An ‘out of hours’ option to avoid downtime

If things go wrong between maintenance sessions, don’t worry – our repairs & emergencies service has got you covered.
