Celebrating International Women’s Day at TWO Services

At TWO Services, we take great pride in the dedicated people who make our company what it is today. This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating three incredible women who have been a vital part of our Leeds division for nearly four years—Eva, Joanna and Julia.

A family-driven journey into the cleaning industry

For Eva, Joanna and Julia, joining TWO Services was more than just a career move—it was about becoming part of a close-knit, family-run business. Their husbands already worked at TWO, and they saw an opportunity to contribute to a company that values teamwork, dedication and a sense of belonging.

“We always found satisfaction in cleaning, and at TWO Services, we love the variety in our day-to-day tasks,” they shared. “We also enjoy the chance to visit different towns and cities around the country, making every day different from the last.”

Building strong relationships in the Leeds division

Over the past four years, Eva, Joanna and Julia have helped build a strong, supportive team in Leeds. For them, the most rewarding part of the job is the relationships they’ve developed—with both colleagues and clients.

“We’ve created a strong team and cherish the friendships we’ve made. It’s rewarding to see how our hard work transforms a space and makes clients happy,” they said.

Their dedication and commitment to high standards ensure that businesses across the region remain clean, safe and compliant, reinforcing the essential role they play in keeping the industry moving forward.

Recognising the contributions of women in every role

International Women’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women across all industries, including those whose work often goes unnoticed. For Eva, Joanna and Julia, the day is a reminder of the importance of recognising every role, no matter how small.
