At TWO Services, we’re proud of the people who keep our business moving forward. This month, we’re introducing Paynton Highfield, who joined us 6 months ago as a Service Coordinator. Here’s what she had to say about her role and experience so far:

You’ve been with TWO Services for 6 months now, how have you found the experience so far?

“My experience so far has been fast paced and challenging but very rewarding. I am very grateful to everyone at TWO for making my transition into TWO an enjoyable and welcoming one.”

What does a typical day look like for you?

“My day consists of answering phones and emails, logging maintenance calls for our clients and allocating jobs to our engineers. I also ensure any parts required following an engineer’s visit are allocated efficiently.”

What have you learned since joining the team, and has anything surprised you?

“I have gained clear communication skills and was surprised, but grateful, for the duality of my role. Whilst the role provides a structured routine, no day is the exact same.”

What do you enjoy most about working at TWO?

“Getting to make connections with both colleagues and clients.”

And outside of work?

“I enjoy reading and many aspects of media, attending live music events or taking walks with my camera.”
