On Thursday 9th May 2024, TWO’s staff and customers will once again be taking part in the Institute of Hospitality’s (IoH) annual golf day at The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield.
We will also be sponsoring the event alongside headline partners Meiko UK, service sponsor Softbank Robotics, nearest-the-pin sponsor Bankbrokers UK, and longest drive sponsor Housekeeping Today. Hospitality & Catering News will manage operations on the day.
As in previous years, we will supply all four-ball teams with fully valeted golf buggies so they can enjoy their rounds in comfort and style.
TWO branded golf balls will be handed out to everyone taking part in the competition, and sausage rolls and drinks will be provided free of charge for players taking a well-earned break at the 10th hole.
The event – which includes a sumptuous three course dinner (delivered by The Belfry’s Executive Chef) plus a charity auction to raise money for The Institute of Hospitality’s Youth Council – is, impressively, fully booked.
To cater for increased demand, organisers have booked the venue’s Wishaw Suite for the day, which will be kitted out with TWO promotional merchandise. The Wishaw Suite boasts a breathtaking vista and can host nearly 200 people, so we’re expecting the event to be a memorable (and lively!) one.

“We’re a competitive bunch, so we’re keen to defend our title from last year – but equally, we hope the event raises lots of money to support dedicated young professionals at the start of their careers in hospitality. As an industry, we need to be nurturing talent from an early age and actively training our future leaders to deliver excellence, and this is why we particularly admire the work of IoH’s Youth Council.”
